Build whole buildings in series.

Apartment buildings, nurseries, schools and offices are made from recurring elements. Prefabrication shortens construction time by 30 to 50%.

Large companies

Deliver districts and high-rises.

1D, 2D and 3D systems can be combined: for residential districts, infrastructure and buildings with 1 to 60 storeys.

What does Pacarada supply?

An open system for modular construction: the patented connection, the system components and the technical data. With it you build modular yourself.

Does the system restrict the design?

No. Architects and engineers design freely. Four system types and four material combinations can be combined: the system follows the plan, not the plan the system.

Do we need welders on site?

No. The components are plugged and screwed together. Your own team can do it, and it shortens assembly.

Is the system suitable for existing buildings?

Yes. In Darmstadt, Holzhofallee 36 was refurbished, extended and given added storeys: 197 apartments on seven storeys in 18 months.

How high can you build?

From 1 to 60 storeys, in different system sizes.

What happens at the end of use?

The connections stay detachable. Components can be dismantled and reused; buildings can be converted, extended and dismantled.
