The controller for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Pacarada Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG
Benzstraße 10
65779 Kelkheim (Taunus), Germany
Phone: +49 (0) 6195 6774-0
Email: hello@pacarada.de
We are not legally required to appoint a data protection officer. For any privacy question, please write to the address above.
2. Overview
Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. We process it only where it is necessary to operate this website and to handle your enquiries, or where you have given your consent. Some data is collected automatically by our server as soon as you open the website, for example your browser and the time of your visit. Other data you give us yourself, for instance when you write to us or fill in a form.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Further information is available in ALL-INKL’s privacy policy: all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen
When you open the website, the server automatically collects the data your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the volume of data transferred, the referrer URL, and browser and operating system details. This data is technically necessary to deliver the page and to keep it stable and secure. It is not merged with any other data source.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and fault-free operation of the website.
4. Contacting us and enquiry forms
If you contact us by email, by phone or through an enquiry form on this website, we process your details (for example your name, contact details, company and message) solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
We keep your enquiry until it has been dealt with conclusively; it is then deleted. Statutory retention periods, in particular under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.
5. Job applications
You can apply to us from our careers page. We process the data you send us yourself, such as your contact details, your CV and your references. The legal basis is Sect. 26 (1) BDSG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Where your application contains special categories of personal data, a disability for instance, we process these on the basis of Art. 9 (2) (b) GDPR.
Your application is seen only by the people in our company who are involved in the selection process. If we do not offer you a position, we delete your documents no later than six months after the process ends. That period allows us to defend against possible claims under the German General Equal Treatment Act. We keep your documents longer for future positions only with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
6. Google reCAPTCHA
To protect our enquiry forms against abuse by automated programs, we offer the Google reCAPTCHA service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). reCAPTCHA is only loaded once you click “Agree and load reCAPTCHA” in the form. Before that, no data is sent to Google. Once loaded, reCAPTCHA checks whether an entry was made by a human. For this, data such as your IP address, details of your browser and device and your behaviour on the page are sent to Google, and Google may set cookies. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Sect. 25 (1) TDDDG. Your consent applies only to the current page view. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by reloading or closing the page; you can delete any cookies set by Google in your browser. Without consent, you can still reach us by email or phone. Further information is available in Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
7. Cookies and consent management
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device. This website sets technically necessary cookies, for example for the language you choose. The legal basis for these is Sect. 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; no consent is required for them.
To request and store your consent, we use the cookie banner by CookieYes, a service of CookieYes Limited, 3 Warren Yard, Warren Park, Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes, MK12 5NW, United Kingdom. Your choice is stored in the cookie “cookieyes-consent” and logged as proof; technical data such as your IP address is sent to CookieYes for this. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for the United Kingdom (Art. 45 GDPR). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR, as we are obliged to be able to prove any consent given.
You can delete cookies in your browser at any time and set your browser to accept cookies only in individual cases or not at all. Once you delete them, the banner appears again on your next visit and you can make a new choice. Without cookies, some functions of this website may be limited.
8. Web analytics with Google Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics shows us how our website is used, for example which pages are viewed and how long a visit lasts. We use these reports to improve the website.
For this, Google Analytics sets cookies (for example “_ga”) with a lifetime of up to two years and processes information about your device and browser, the pages viewed, the time and duration of the visit, the referring website and your approximate location. Your IP address is not stored by Google Analytics 4.
Google Analytics is not loaded unless you agree in the cookie banner (category “Analytics”). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking the cookie symbol at the bottom left and changing your choice. Further information is available in Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
9. External libraries and links
On some pages we load program libraries (Bootstrap and jQuery) from the servers of the providers jsDelivr and jQuery. Your IP address is sent to these servers because your browser retrieves the files directly from them. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in displaying the website reliably and quickly.
This website links to our profiles on LinkedIn and Facebook. These are plain links; no content from these providers is loaded until you click one. Once you do, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
10. Storage period
Unless this privacy policy states a specific storage period, we keep your personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose in question. It is then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
11. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- withdrawal of any consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR); processing carried out before the withdrawal remains lawful
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing your data, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If your data is processed for direct marketing, you may object to this at any time; your data will then no longer be used for that purpose.
An informal message to the address given above is enough to exercise your rights.
12. Right to lodge a complaint
Without prejudice to any other remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is:
Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit
Postfach 3163
65021 Wiesbaden, Germany
13. SSL and TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address line of your browser starting with “https://” and showing a lock symbol. Data you send to us cannot then be read by third parties. With email communication, however, complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.
14. Changes to this policy
We update this privacy policy whenever data processing on this website changes. The version published here is the one that applies. The German version is the legally binding one.
