Bad Soden Project

The Trio Royal new-build project stands for exceptional living with people at the centre. Inspired by the Dutch royal house of Oranien-Nassau, the project combines comfort and elegance to create a unique living concept.

At the intersection of Oranienstrasse and Nassaustrasse in Bad Soden, nine luxurious flats are being built that reflect the values of permanence and freedom. Characteristics that have also characterised Dutch history since independence in 1581.

Hofheim am Taunus Project

The new-build project in Hofheim am Taunus combines stylish living with efficiency, including living comfort. The five flats are furnished in a modern style and create a harmonious feel-good atmosphere thanks to intelligent room concepts.

Large-format tiles and high-quality oak parquet flooring in the living area harmonise perfectly with the natural light that skilfully illuminates the interiors. Open lines of sight merge with the natural light that illuminates the spacious terraces and balconies. Underfloor heating in all three flats, a convenient lift and an underground car park round off the offer perfectly.

The complex fulfils the strict requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance and uses a photovoltaic system and a heat pump for an environmentally friendly energy and heat supply. Rödelheim Project

In Frankfurt's Rödelheim district, we are building a three-storey complex with 123 apartments that makes the best possible use of the available space. The 1- to 4-room apartments are functionally designed and optimally adapted to the spatial requirements of the residents. In this way, we promote harmonious coexistence and strengthen the social community.

In terms of sustainability, our construction project meets the requirements for QNG-Plus and DGNB silver certification. In this way, we are not only creating urgently needed living space in the social sector, but also generating additional added value for our environment. Efficient in construction and use, we are conserving valuable resources, while everyone involved benefits from time and cost savings.

The residential complex is located in close proximity to Frankfurt's green belt with two parks and the Rödelheim S-Bahn station is also within easy reach. Numerous barrier-free apartments and an underground garage for cars and bicycles round off the residential offer perfectly
