CO2-NEUTRAL TO-FREE
Independent of fossil fuels, our modular buildings are powered by heat pumps, combined heat and power, pellet heating and hydrogen systems. Photovoltaic or solar thermal energy can also be easily integrated.
INTEGRATED BATHROOM MODULE
The bathroom module is manufactured using our internationally patented plug and screw system, and is characterized by its efficient use of space and flexibility. We select sustainable, certified and fairly produced materials. With our energy-efficient bathroom module, we stand for Made-in-Germany. Innovative plug in systems for building services and electrical engineering also ensure smooth maintenance and servicing.
STEEL FRAME CONSTRUCTION
The high strength and load-bearing capacity of self-assembled (German) quality steel provides a solid foundation for our Internationally patented modular plug and screw system. Buildings with well over 20 stories can be erected independent of complex construction processes. The fully de-mountable and 100% reusable solid steel construction offers maximum and sustainable flexibility.
TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
Our room modules are characterized by maximum energy efficiency. Thermal insulation is significantly improved by triple-glazed windows, resulting in energy savings and a pleasant indoor climate. The efficient cooling and heating system increases comfort and results in long-term cast savings. Our sustainable and energy-efficient room module is completed by controlled room ventilation, which ensures healthy air quality.
ROOF AND FAÇADE GREENING
In addition to high energy efficiency and reduced heating and cooling costs in the building, our insulated green roof and insulated green facade offer many benefits, including significantly improved air quality, improved building insulation, and a cooling effect on urban heat islands. The green roof also creates a habitat for plants and animals
LIGHTWEIGHT CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM
Our lightweight construction system consists entirely of dry connections. The serial and high degree of prefabrication not only optimizes time and costs, but also ensures a high level of quality management. When selecting the products we use, we pay attention to sustainable, certified and fairly produced materials. Our modules stand for Made-in-Germany. The high flexibility and adaptability as well as the easy (dis)assembly and complete recycle ability of the modules at the end of their useful life are special features and guarantee that the modular buildings can be redesigned and repurposed at any time.
MODULAR ENERGY FACADES
Modular, energy-efficient and flexible facade design using plaster, natural stone, clinker, wood or elaborate 30 facades allows architects and building owners to customize and optimize the appearance and functionality of buildings. In addition, the use of energy efficient and recyclable materials increases the sustainability and energy efficiency of the building envelope.
SOUND AND FIRE PROTECTION
In accordance with the DIN 4109 standard, our modular buildings meet the requirements up to sound insulation class Ill (impact sound insulation) and V (airborne sound insulation). With F30, F60 and F90 fire ratings, modular buildings can be constructed up to building class 5.
