Responsibilities:

 

• Independent management and control of construction projects in modular construction as well as in civil and structural engineering
• Coordination and supervision of on-site assembly processes and prefabrication in production facilities
• Interface management between planning, manufacturing, and the construction site
• Leadership and coordination of on-site personnel and subcontractors
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, safety regulations, and budget
• Preparation and maintenance of project documentation
• Point of contact for clients, authorities, and project partners

Your Profile :

 

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., technician, master craftsman)
• Experience in site management – ideally in the field of modular or system construction
• Technical understanding of industrial prefabrication and modular construction processes
• Proficient in MS Office and construction-specific software (e.g., MS Project, BauSU, Autodesk)
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills
• Class B driver’s license
