Sales Assistant / Office Management Assistant
Location : Kelkheim am Taunus

Responsibilities:

 

  • Processing incoming orders
  • Calculation of sales offers and price overviews
  • communication with the customer
  • coordination of orders
  • Communication with production, warehouse and shipping
  • Creation of supporting documents (from the order confirmation to the delivery note to the invoice)
  • Support and representation of the purchasing manager during vacation and illness
  • Supportive assistance activities, across other departments
  • administration and maintenance of customer master data


Qualification:

 

  • completed commercial training
  • good communication skills
  • high sales affinity
  • structured and organized way of working and resilience
  • very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
  • Good experience in common Microsoft programs Word / Excel etc.
  • responsible and independent work
