A modern, three-storey residential complex with 123 residential units is being built in Frankfurt’s Rödelheim district. The apartments offer comfortable living space and are specially tailored to the needs of urban living.

Following the demolition of the previously vacant administration building, we are using our internationally patented modular construction system to build the high-quality residential complex in an ecologically sustainable, time- and cost-efficient manner. Compared to conventional construction methods, we save considerable amounts of CO₂ emissions and valuable resources.

Our Frankfurt project is DGNB-certified, has been awarded the QNG seal and meets the KfW 40 standard for energy-efficient buildings. The apartment complex is barrier-free and has two elevators in the middle section of the building. An underground garage in the basement provides parking for cars and bicycles and is adjoined by a laundry room for residents.

The first floor comprises a reception area, lounges and a common room. The latter provides access to the outdoor area with a playground and soccer pitch for the residents. The residential units of various sizes (1-4 rooms) are fully furnished.

The construction project in Eschborn counters the current need for facilities for social purposes and creates urgently needed living space for 120 refugees.

In addition to the social aspect, our project also considers nature and the environment. Instead of demolishing and building a new structure, only the layout of the existing building was adapted, and an energy renovation was carried out. This significantly reduced the emission of harmful CO2 emissions and the use of valuable resources.

The usage concept of the remodeled building includes a total of 34 residential units with a cooking and living area, as well as a bathroom. Additionally, existing spaces were converted into laundry and lounge areas for the residents, and several office and meeting rooms were provided for social workers.

From an ecological perspective, the residential complex was transformed into an efficiency house with an energy standard. This required insulating the exterior walls, floor, and roof structures, replacing windows, and installing a new heating central. The outdoor area was redesigned and thus enhanced.

The new construction project in Liederbach harmoniously blends into the residential environment, presenting itself as a housing complex with several exclusive apartments. The foundation is a generous living area on the ground floor, which seamlessly transitions into the outdoor area with a terrace and garden.

Set back from the inside, two apartments with a harmonious living concept are revealed on the two upper floors, creating a sense of depth while making optimal use of the available space.

The combination of modern and stylish interior design elements ensures a comfortable living atmosphere, further enhanced by direct access to the balcony and the influx of natural daylight. Each apartment has been designed with the utmost care and represents maximum comfort.

Liederbach am Taunus boasts an especially good location in the Rhine-Main metropolitan region. The major cities of Frankfurt and Wiesbaden are quickly reachable by car or public transportation.

The journey into nature is also short, thanks to the rural structure on the edge of the Taunus Nature Park, often leading to Oberliederbacher Park, which is characterized by its natural diversity.

With the new construction project in Kelkheim, we were able to realize three townhouses that combine energy efficiency, functionality, and design. These three residential units are recognized as innovative energy houses, equipped with highly efficient building services systems and modern heating installations.

The intelligent living concept includes an open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor. Via the internal staircase, residents can reach the first floor, which offers a comfortable bathroom and two spacious bedrooms. The attic spaces each feature two dormers facing east and west, as well as an additional bathroom and guest room.

These three modern and energy-efficient townhouses provide an ideal home for singles, couples, and families who value a balanced mix of rural tranquility and urban conveniences.

Located in the Rhine-Main metropolitan region, residents benefit from a diverse range of leisure and cultural activities in the city of Kelkheim, the immediate proximity to the natural surroundings of the adjacent forest area, and short commuting distances to Frankfurt and Wiesbaden. Through our careful planning and precise execution of construction, a long-term quality of living is guaranteed.

On the property of our modern business building in Kelkheim, an innovative exhibition hotel is being developed, following the partial demolition and repurposing of the former production hall. Fully realized with our internationally patented modular construction method, padamodular, the four-story hotel complex excites both indoors and outdoors with a stylistic design and intelligent building concept.

The ground floor of the modular hotel serves as the reception and breakfast area, which also accommodates events for up to 280 people. A green courtyard is centrally revealed, flanked by the two parts of the building. The upper floors house 102 individually furnished single and double rooms, accessible via a central staircase and two elevators. An underground parking garage completes the hotel’s amenities on a ground floor area of approximately 2,140 m².

The exclusive hotel complex is special due to its combination of design and functionality, and uniquely so in the hotel industry due to the sustainable and highly efficient modular construction method.

Thanks to our internationally patented plug-and-play system, padamodular, the construction process benefits from a high degree of prefabrication, thus also offering significant time and cost efficiency. A gentle approach to the construction-required resources is guaranteed, as well as a CO2 emission that is minimized.

In honor of its centennial celebration, our company took the helm to modernize and completely renovate the club’s infrastructure. This extensive renovation encompassed all electrical, water, and heating systems, ensuring that the club’s facilities meet the highest standards of efficiency and sustainability. The interior spaces were also transformed, blending modern aesthetics with functional design to enhance the overall member experience.
