Project In Frankfurt

Preserve tradition, shape the future. In line with this motto, for the centennial anniversary of the Frankfurt Golf Club, we have carefully renovated the historic clubhouse, giving it a new “heart”.

The interior now shines in a modern design, without completely abandoning traditional design elements. Combined with functional interiors and a new, spacious room concept, players and guests can retreat in comfort and enjoy their sports break to the fullest.

Doors and windows have been replaced, and all electrical, water, and heating installations have been modernized to meet the highest standards of sustainability and efficiency. In the outdoor area, we were able to renew the terrace surface with a special coating and equip it with high-quality seating.

The facility of the Frankfurt Golf Club is located in an exclusive position amidst the vibrant Main metropolis, offering players an ideal outdoor retreat. Surrounded by the Frankfurt Green Belt, which encircles the city center, the athletes enjoy refreshing nature and a fantastic view of the city’s skyline.

Project In Kelkheim

The new building project in Kelkheim impresses with an intelligent living concept that optimally utilizes the available plot area and ensures a pleasant living atmosphere. A modern interior, combined with spectacular sightlines, develops a sense of uniqueness and simultaneously gives residents the necessary freedom to give the rooms a personal touch.

Located at the street-side boundary of the property is the multi-family house with three apartments, which are accessible by elevator. Within the apartments, the welcoming hallway leads to individual rooms such as bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as into the spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. The living experience is completed by a south-facing balcony.

Several car parking spaces and a courtyard driveway on the ground floor run through the building with a basement and lead to the semi-detached house at the rear part of the property.

Here, the entrance area seamlessly transitions into the inviting living and dining area with a garden terrace and open kitchen. An internal staircase leads to the upper floors with bedrooms, children’s rooms, and bathrooms. The top floor presents itself as a comfortable living studio with a natural roof terrace oriented towards the south.

Project In Hofheim

The new building project in Hofheim am Taunus stands for sustainable living with style. Five apartments, intelligently designed and modernly furnished, promise utmost comfort and a harmonious living atmosphere.

Fine, large-format tiles and high-quality oak parquet flooring in the living area pleasantly interact with the incoming daylight, highlighting the interior in a special way. The emerging sightlines inside blend with the natural light outside, which awaits the residents on the spacious terrace and balcony areas. Underfloor heating in all three apartments, as well as a comfortable elevator and an underground garage, optimally complete the living dream.

The apartment complex follows the federal energy-saving ordinance and ensures an environmentally friendly electricity and heat generation with a PV system and heat pump. Windows and terrace doors are triple-glazed and, in combination with the efficient thermal insulation composite system, result in enhanced external insulation.

As a resident, you benefit from the special location at Kapellenberg, which results from the immediate proximity to the adjacent forest area, to the beautiful Hofheim city center, and to the metropolises of Frankfurt and Wiesbaden. All apartments are also barrier-free accessible via the elevator.

Project In Darmstadt

Our modular construction project in Darmstadt’s Publisher’s District embodies the future of construction, merging efficiency, sustainability, and innovation in a symbiosis. With the help of our internationally patented modular building system, the administrative building, which had been vacant for years, was modular renovated, expanded, and added to in just 18 months. To achieve this, we almost completely prefabricated our living, bathroom, and facade modules and installed them on site into the gutted existing building.

This was followed by the connection of the modules and the integration of heating and plumbing through plug and screw connections of our modular building system. Compared to its previous state, the building’s energy demand was reduced by 90%. Additionally, unlike traditional construction methods, the modules can be easily dismantled, saving time, costs, and significant amounts of harmful CO2 emissions.

The seven-story residential complex, located near the college, comprises 197 apartments with two stairwells and an elevator. A photovoltaic system and pellet heating supply the building  Sustainably with the necessary energy.

The residential building has several common and training rooms as well as a large laundry room for residents. Bicycles can be securely parked in the underground garage, and with a train station in front of the entrance, downtown Darmstadt is quickly accessible.

Project In Kelkheim

Our headquarters in Kelkheim epitomize the distinctive style that defines us as the Pacarada Group and which we incorporate into each of our projects.

As a company, we represent a new era of construction, embodying progress and innovation, and a method ofbuilding that harmoniously blends modernity and aesthetics.

By combining harmonious functional and design elements, we have created a modern working environment that internalizes and reflects our corporate culture. Extensive glass facades on the exterior symbolize the openness and transparency we offer to our clients at all times.

Furthermore, the building, shaped like a “P,” features an intelligent spatial concept that optimally utilizes the available space, providing room for our entire corporate portfolio, including residential units.

The construction of the new business building also symbolizes sustainability and efficiency. In just one year, the previous commercial operation was remodeled and expanded between 2013 and 2014.

This repurposing allowed us to save significant amounts of harmful CO2 emissions, as well as time and costs.

Project In Oberursel

The construction project in the “Gattenhöfer Mühle” commercial area stands as a testament to our commitment to support social projects and contribute towards a better world.

By converting the office and administration building, which has been vacant since 2019, into a refugee accommodation capable of housing up to 592 residents, we were able to support the city of Oberursel in the social sector. From an ecological perspective, the conversion is also a valuable project, as it saved valuable resources and immense CO2 emissions harmful to the environment compared to new construction.

The repurposing of the former commercial building was accompanied by the addition of two staircase systems at the ends of the corridors and the construction of several sanitary containers. Inside the building, the spaces on the ground floor and in the three upper floors had to be functionally redesigned.

In addition to the 151 rooms for the refugees, several sanitary facilities, lounges, and communal kitchens were set up.

Since the conversion, various social workers have had access to a social office, which supports the residents in important matters and offers them a central point of contact on site. In the outdoor area, we constructed a sand play area with several play devices on the ground area of the western part of the property.
